B5 Crusade: Resurrection

Preparations for C:R are going well, a few new players have already replied and the ship's website has recently been revamped. The first mission, 'To The Ends of The Earth' has already been planned out, based on an unfilmed script for the series, but unfortunately I cannot post here what will happen without spoiling the ending. What I will say is, for fans of the series, the mission will deal with the Cerberus story arc.

USS Leviathan

Dateline : September 23

The USS Leviathan-A is still plodding along and has recently taken on a number of new crew whilst visiting DS9. Some new members are direct replacements for the crew lost when the runabout the USS Hudson was attacked by persons unknown. Others are new additions to the crew, such as Tureb Acten who has joined the Talon squadron and Tony Omega who has become our new Intel officer.

We are currently making repairs to the damage done the quantum slipstream drive during the rescue and recovery of the Romulan warbird, and within a few days should be heading once more out into space to finally catch-up with the mirror Leviathan. Our best lead, the quantum crystal that the Ferengi Daimon Leggett traded for the high-grade dilithium that the ISS Leviathan was carrying.

Ensign ASHER believes that we should be able to track them by modifying the sensors to detect the distinctive quantum flux of the crystal. If we don't catch up with the ISS Leviathan in time, then the Alpha quadrant will be invaded by Terran Empire and the Federation will be destroyed!

A word from the Captain

Once the mirror vessel has been dealt with, 'Season Seven' will conclude. What will happen next is anyone's guess, but at the moment 'Season Eight' looks like being the current Leviathan's last. The ideas I have for 'Season Eight' are twofold and I expect the entire season to be taken up with both conflict and exploration. (A mixture of DS9 and Voyager.)

If the support comes back from the crew (Old and New), then we may see a new Leviathan launched in 'Season Nine', if not I have a new project in the pipeline which may create some new interest.

Either way, the name Leviathan will go on within the DRF in one form or another. When I took over the Leviathan from Mike, I made a promise to that effect and I always keep my promises.

Equal signs are also acceptable: "=========". Please, under no circumstances ever use asterisks to separate sections! (**********) There's actually a good reason for this: Your posts are converted into HTML for display on the web site by a brilliant little computer program. The program converts a series of dashes or equal signs into a line, and asterisks are reserved for indicating italicized text. If you use asterisks to indicate a line, you'll blow up the program and make life miserable for your Captain. Thanks.
