Deck 21 is the bottom level of the ship. A central corridor connects the sanitary wastes recovery room at the forward end of the deck with a series of fresh-water tanks and pump machinery rooms which line the port and starboard sides. At the aft end of the level is the swimming pool maintenance facility.
