History
Born on July 11, 1983, Jovani Burgos was a normal teen headed off to college and off to join the Marines. He was a lover of a series named Star Trek and, to express this love, he founded an online Role Playing Game called Burgosian Innovations. His life was turned upside down when the USS Seth, an advanced ship from one of his fiction stories, crashed near him. Upon discovering that the stories he and his group of fellow role players had created were true in another reality, he became a target of a group of National Security Agents (NSA) under the command of a man infected with a Kullinari mother bug.
Once the NSA had been dealt with, thanks to inference by the USS Virgo, Captain Stephen Maruu, and Lt. Commander Jovan Kalimar, Jovani was no longer in danger. Unfortunately, he was not able to return to his former life due to the damage the media had done to his reputation. Jovan Kalimar faked an identity for him and placed him in Luzern, Switzerland. He also provided Jovani with the schematics to build a transconnection pod.
Jovani used the pod and appeared in November 2384 in Our Reality in T'rais space. He was captured and used by Stephen Kosst in part of a ritual during which he was given his stab wound by an unknowing Dana Maruu. With Stephen Maruu, Jovani escaped from the T'rais homeworld and moved with Stephen to Starbase 901 where he is roommates with both he and Lazarus Tara, owner of the Easy Inn. Stephen sees his job as a guardian over Jovani who is new to Our Reality and bound to get himself into trouble.
Personality
Jovani has a crazy sense of humor. He is brave, friendly, and loyal, but he can talk to much at times.

Jovani is learning to perform magic with Kassia. While still a beginner, he shows promise. And he can juggle three balls.
