History

Raised in the Kirusan capital, Rian, during the rule of the Shaatar and the Kirusan Breadth, he was raised to become a member of the Breadth Armada. Never enjoying the idea of subjugating the Jeorri, when he learned of the wanton destruction of the Jeorri by the Shaatar, Xorij joined the Kirusan resistance and was placed in a position within the military as a covert agent.

When the Federation helped topple the rule of the Shaatar, the Resistance took over and applied for Federation membership. Xorij enthusiastically joined the expedition of six warships that headed for Federation space. They were accepted, and Xorij happily joined Starfleet. He excelled and graduated as a Marine within two years.

Immediately after graduation, he served as helmsman during a mission to T'ran led by Captain Stephen Maruu. The success of the mission earned him a medal of honor. Afterwards, he went to Earth where he was offered a position on Starbase 901 as a Marine. He took it and left immediately.

Personality

Xorij is calm, motivated, and loyal. He is not terribly sociable, but he makes lasting friendships. He is a strong officer, and a brave man.

Special Ability

Extremely strong, can shoot phasers from his eyes, and nearly impervious to phaser fire.
