Background

Zachary was born on the Starfleet base on Timans IV. He was raised there with his father and mother until he was seven years old. When he was six years old, his mother gave birth to his little sister Arianna who he loves and is very protective of. When he was seven years old, his mother finally had enough of his father's abuse of them and filed for divorce. They moved to Space Station 352 and where her mother told them their dad couldn't hurt them anymore. Only one day he showed up and took them. They were too scared to fight to get away. They were taken aboard a Naussicaan vessel where their father let them be taken where they were thrown in the slave to be sold. Scared, he had no idea what was going to happen and only tried keeping Arianna as calm as possible. When the Starfleet officers from the Hornet showed up he was relieved, but he was never so happy as when he saw his mom again. He was surprised when he found out almost three years had passed in what had only been a day for him and his sister. He's still scared of his father since he's tried to kidnap Zachary a second time. Now with him on the station as an Ambassador Zachary is really scared, but also angry. One time his father grabbed him and he used his Klingon dagger to cut his hand. Troy had appeared to defend and protect him. Since his arrival on the station he had also come to know Troy. Troy's married to his mother now and is his step-father, but really, the only real father he has known.

Since he's been on the station, he has learned to master his shapeshifting ability. He's saved the Pikachu with Laurissa and he's learning Klingon fighting and the language from K'Tag. He feels more connected and protected on SB901 than he has anywhere else. This is truly his home.
