History

Quince Morgan was born in Sheffield England to parents who abandoned him in a spoon factory. A kindly woman, Josephina Elliott, took the infant in and raised the boy. Quince's childhood was a happy one despite his rough start. Morgan and his foster mother moved to Vulcan when Ms. Elliott became an ambassador in Starfleet's Diplomatic Corps.

When Quince was 14, a young Starfleet officer came to his door on Vulcan and informed him that Ms. Elliott had died. The young man gave no explanation and warned that any private investigation initiated by Morgan would be "severly dealt with." Undeterred by the bluster, Morgan immediately put in his application to Starfleet Academy for their delayed entry program. After three years of solid, diligent effort, Morgan entered the Academy with the intention of becoming a fighter pilot.

When Quince Morgan was in his junior year at the Academy, he was put in command of Red Squad, an elite unit of cadets that often enjoyed special training and privileges. Morgan assumed command of Red Squad when it was discovered that the leader of the squad, Cadet Henry Atheton, was secretly selling classified information about the Academy's training methods to the Romulan Star Empire. As cadet commander of Red Squad, Morgan commanded the Red Squad starship USS Valiant before she was caught behind enemy lines at the onset of the Dominion War.

Morgan graduated from the Academy 3rd in his class and was sent to pilot's training. while undergoing his training, an officer from Starfleet Intelligence contacted Morgan with information on his foster mother's death. Morgan immdeiately resigned as a fighter pilot and signed up with the Intelligence Bureau.

Quince Morgan has participated in several risky, highly classified operations that cannot be discussed due to security concerns. Morgan also helped organize and train the Starfleet Black Ops Rescue Group or BORG team.

Personality

Quince Morgan is an individual in every sense of the word. He is a calm, calculating officer who doesn't allow his judgement to be clouded by emotional concerns. Often, he has been accused of being cold.

Morgan likes to be in control of most aspects of his life, yet will let others give him input be it to his liking or not. Morgan is motivated to find out what happened to Ambassador Elliott at all costs. Due to Morgan's job and past, his social interactions are often awkward. Morgan feels that his prosthetic limbs make him a freak and is a little bitter over his natural limb loss.

Special Abilities

Morgan's cybernetic limbs give him amplified strength levels on par with several Klingons at once.

Hobbies

Kayaking, reading, writing music, drumming, fishing for giant fish in OPrudoe Bay on Earth, chasing Betazoid women while employing mind-blocking tactics.
