History

N'Garen was born on the IKC Pagh but was raised on Hur'q. Hur'q is the holy planet which the scrolls record as the resting place of the sword of Kahless.

N'Garen comes from a long line of political Klingon blood, her grandfather being K'mpec, leader of the high council prior to Gowron. K'mpec mated with a female named Kahlest. Kahlest acted as a ghojmok to young Worf in the employ of the House of Mogh prior to the Khitomer Massacre. The two gave birth to a young female named Zetal. The House of K'mpec was spoken poorly of ever after, the very powerful Klingon had to appoint Captain Jean-Luc Picard as Arbiter of Succession in 2367. Zetal mated with a human man known as Simon Tarses, during a conference on Deep Space Nine. Zetal could not take care of a young child, because she was assigned to duty as a science officer aboard IKC Pagh during the war with Cardassia. N'Garen was than sent to live with her father aboard DS9.

On her 13th birthday she was accepted to Starfleet Academy on Earth. She was an Accepted member of Red Squad (the first Klingon female ever). Over the next three years she earned award after award, and currently sits at the top of her class. Her father however was killed during a brawl with the Borg, and N'Garen was not allowed to continue her schooling, unless she was adopted. She was than adopted and sponsored by a Klingon named K'Tag. She currently serves aboard Starbase 901 over New Canada, as part of her senior training, and schooling.

Personality

She is an introvert, she doesn't communicate well, and always feels as an outsider, and as if she is not wanted. She was raised by humans, not interested in Klingon culture.
