Background

Ethan was born on earth son of a Bajoran refugee and Federation scientest. His father would move the family back to Bajor in 2372 when Ethan was 7. His father would become a Major in the Bajoran Milita. And would die in the War. At the age of 17 Ethan enrolled in the Acadamey, doing quite well there until his second year. He was given a one year field tour on Supply Base 901. Ethan is majoring in Operations, is trying a minor in command.
