History

Early History

Little is on file but he was born in Greenwich, London and educated at numerous private schools across Europe. His family moved around between London, Paris, Berlin, Helsinki and Brussels for a while and once he left home he went further from home. Spending years away in Asia and later on numerous trips to Luna and Mars he started to get an appetite for further travel. He soon attended Starfleet Academy at an early age.

Moved from starship to starship for a few years but took a long LOA to study ancient ruins on Kretak 4 before returning to Starfleet.

Unofficial Information

From an early age from several wide spread tests he was kept under eye along with his missing brother by an intelligence organization called Section 31. Both he and his brother joined but he was the only one to stay on though his brother still does provide favors if its for the greater good. 'Charles' as he is now called on his new assignment spent the years out from Academy to study in advanced physical defense and martial arts including inside out knowledge of hundreds of types of weapons. He is one of the best agents available. The purpose of the advanced training is unknown.

'Charles' has obtained a quiet post on Starbase 901 and is beginning work there.

He is very secretive and cautious. Has a personal conservative attitude but when he has something to get done he can be very proactive and puts any feelings aside. Aside from his business attitude when with friends he can be cheerful and welcoming.
