Background
She was conceived as an experiment by Zo'or, a Taelon in another dimension. Her mother and father did not realize this until it was too late and also too late for their emotions. When her mother and Ryan MacLeod ended up in this dimension her mother found Jayson Sandoval - Her father's alternate in this universe - though quite by accident. They pursued a relationship, feeling as if something was there between them. They have since taken on the course of raising Zoe together so they could be a family. For an infant Zoe seems very clear and strong. She seems to be exibiting some telepathic abilities.
