<The time is 0530 hours,> The computer sounded off in Lieutenant Call's quarters.
He sat up and rubbed his eyes after getting only 3 hours of sleep. He stepped out of bed, stretched and took a sonic shower. After putting on a clean uniform he went back to working on a PADD and reading some reports.
After an hour he left his quarters and went to the turbo lift. "Bridge."
The turbolift moved up and stopped after a few minutes. Call stepped out, walked over to his assigned station and began to run some sensors sweeps to check the distance of the scans and see how the Briar Patch played a role in them.
"Morning, Lieutenant." Lieutenant Commander Kelly said as he stepped out of the Commander's office.
"Morning sir," Call replied. Kelly walked over to his station and handed a couple of PADDs to him.
"Okay, the Hood is scheduled to arrive later today, around 1500 hours, with our counselor and a few other crew members. The Hood is also to drop off the rest of our Torpedo complement, and some sensor equipment. Any questions Lieutenant?"
Call read over the information and shook his head, "No" about any questions. He then went back to work checking the stations defense systems and some other valuable systems.
It seemed another normal, quiet day. That was fine with Call he enjoyed the quiet.
