T'learn woke on a biobed in sickbay with a funny life support mask on, the place was full and staff members hurried around. She sat up and saw that Skaren wasn't there. One of the staff members saw her and walked over.
"I'm Captain Alcon, a physician, we've found and antidote and have administered it." She ran a scan with a tricorder and moved to take the mask off the young woman. "You're partner has woken and has returned to duty. You may join him when discharged or go to quarters."
T'learn scrubbed her face with both hands and swung her feet over the side of the bed and stood. "Thank you." She turned and walked out of sickbay and headed for the security offices.
Skaren looked over a list of casualties, and stolen and destroyed belongings of people in the fights. He frowned when he saw T'learn enter. "What are you doing here? I thought you would be wise, and take a rest."
"I am fine." She sat down beside him with a cup of water in hand. She looked at the PADDS with he lists of casualties and property damage.
The Klingon just nodded and read further. "We will be busy with this for several days, in the craziness the strangest things happened, and the weirdest things are lost, stolen or thrown away." He took a sip from his prune juice. "And besides that half the security teams are still in sick bay."
"Most of the teams should be following in our foot steps, unless they opt for a rest period. Where do we start, patrol?" She asked, rubbing her temple and blushing as she remembered the events in the bar.
Skaren saw it, he looked innocent at her. "Why that blush?"
"Nothing." She stood and waited for him. "Lets go save lives and protect property!"
"All right." He followed her on her heels, gruffly as Klingons always are. "That virus did some strange things, with us. As far as I am concerned, they never happened."
"Fine, with me." She led him out of the office and they headed to the Promenade. They rode the turbo lift in silence and then stepped out an immediately spotted a man and woman struggling off to one side, "There." T'learn pointed and the quickly walked that way and each pulled a participant from the fray.
"What is the ruckus about?" Skaren growled, he felt a headache surface, and he was not in the best mood. Quarreling people work on his mood then.
"This 'woman' just walked up and accosted me officers." The young man stammered, blushing, and stepping back as the woman lunged and tried to get out of T'learn's grasp.
"Let me go, I was just running my fingers through all of that wonderfully curly dark hair, and aren't those the best lips you've ever seen--please just one more kiss."
"Get them to sick bay, NOW!" Skaren's tone left no room for any arguments.
"Sickbay is max'd out, Skaren. He appears fine. Lets place her in custody in a cell until a medical team can check on her."
"Agreed, but he can be affected as well."
