Nevar looked over his findings. The crew of the Wellington indeed turned the Intrepid class starship into a force to be reckoned with. It wasn't just Walker, although with his tactical history he alone would be a challenge. No it wasn't Walker alone. Nevar had spent the last 4 hours going through not only Walker's personnel files but the files of all who were listed as part of the Wellington's crew. Nevar had supplemented the records with hearsay and gossip he had gathered from his friend as starfleet intel.
For the most parts they were green recruits and could have beens. While it was true the starships always need the best personnel, they didn't always get them. Further, the smaller the ship, the less likely it would warrant senior crewman. The lone exceptions were Walkers senior staff. Upon arriving at Starbase 112, where the were docked, Walker was joined by four other officers. Two of which had served under Walker's command before and one was the son of Walker's former XO, but Nevar couldn't find a connection to the last officer. Reading the PADD, he saw their names and the notes he had made on each:
XO/1st Office: Lt. Cdmr. Telana Daren:
An an unjoined trill, young hotshot, most likely always trying to make up for being passed over for joining n former leader of the Academy's red squadron, n former Walker attaché, she was given command of the Wellington, after finishing her tour with Walker n attractive, 29, idolizes the Commodor

Chief Tactical: Lt. Jam Christianson:
a Bolian tactician, a little in hand to hand, but advanced tactical knowledge in space combat, his father had served as Walker's XO for over 15 years
Note: most likely trying to live up to father's expectations or may have father issues with Walker.
Chief Engineering Officer: Lt. Kovak:
a Vulcan/Klingon hybrid, best of both worlds n while almost 70 years old he has only been starfleet for 6 years, record on prior activity classified by the Klingon high command n rumored to be the first gay Vulcan.
Note: prejudice from both races most likely makes him both temperamental and cold at the same time,
Note: most likely taken command of the Wellington's engine room or be running Ops on the bridge
Note: if the Wellington has been modified, he would and Christianson would have lead the work

Chief Science Officer: Lt. Koris Valla:
a Benzinite, the first to reach his rank detailed and precise but with little on the creative side more of a theoretical scientist than a practical one n Served as scientific attaché to Commander Walker while Walker was in Command of the 7th fleet
The group was strong willed and formidable. But above else they would be loyal to Walker to the end. Nevar reviewed his notes once again and them prepared to deliver to them at the next staff meeting. This was not going to be easy to say the least.
