Chief Anderson was in the Security Office, going over the battle plans, that his mentor had laid out. John liked the plans very well, just that he wished he hadn't gotten on the station as a battle was about to unfold. The battle was one he believed was right, and one he knew would bring him back into the game.
John was also going over the Security detail's files. 12 Enlisted crewman, and 4 Officers, all Ensigns. The young ensigns were rather understanding why the Captain had put them in Charge. It seemed to the Chief that Wallace had earned these young officers respect and trust
[Chief Captain Wallace is going to be here in 42 minutes, have your men ready.]The comm channel, beeped with the Voice of the Station's engineer. John had yet meet and failed to introduce himself to the Chief Engineer, and the XO.
"Aye aye, sir. Doing so now,."Anderson said putting the PADD down, he had told the men to converge in the weapons locker, or the Armory, as it was called. To get to the armory which was near the commerce section, Anderson had to walk through it. The commerce section was abandon, shops closed, and the civilians had been off the station for about 5 hours now. He thought it two quite for his taste.
All sixteen Security personnel were in there waiting by the locker, that contained Type III A phaser rifles, and Type 2 Phasers. He looked at the men, under his command, and gave a smile, and then started his debriefing.
"Evening men. I am sorry I was unable to greet you before this day. I am dividing you all into four teams, each with an Ensign in Command. Ensign Howard your team will placed in Engineering. In case the enemy decide to beam there. Ensign Morik your team will be in the main shield generator room. Ensign Quinn, your team will act as reserve, in case any of your fellow team leaders need help. Ensign Junik, your team will be in the Command Deck, with me. Load up with phaser rifles, and 8 power packs, and 2 for your phaser. And guys be careful where your fire. Alright get to your post." Anderson said putting a few phaser rifles, in a case to bring up to the command deck. He took himself, and then left for the command deck.
Walking into the command deck, Anderson started to put the phaser rifles in strategic places on the deck. Commander Loran or Gerak as he liked being called saw that and then walked over to the Chief Petty Officer. "High their Chief, I am Garek. You think we will need those here?"
"Sorry sir, but have you ever been on a station as it was boarded?"Anderson asked with out being disrespectful.
"No, chief just a ship."
"Well the let me say this. First target is the command deck, followed by the Engineering section. They kill everyone in the command deck when they do that." Anderson said handing a phaser to Garek.
"They I assume Jem'Hadar."
"Yes."
"Ok, thanks Chief, I''l place it by my station then." Garek said taking a phaser rifle, and placing it by the station.
John took his seat and did a scan to see how far the enemy were from the station, and after seeing the results, didn't like it.
"Commander I read the Arizona coming back, and bringing some company. Allot of Company." John said turning his chair around and looking very uneasy at the Commander.
