It was a long night for Ensign Razek; he had spent over 6 hours studying the information downloaded from the Mullura ship. He was told to study it best as he could and he did. Ethan still didn't want to let his Captain down. He respected Captain Wallace highly. His skills saved them on New Canada. He looked up to the Captain.
Razek had drifted off into a daydream, and didn't realize it until Captain Roberts called out. "Ensign your report's findings please." Captain Roberts said sitting next to Captain Wallace and Lieutenant Sovick.
"Yes sir. The Mullura seemed to have 28 M-class planets in their Empire that dates back to before the first humans formed a government. Their Government is based on the Roman Empire. A Senate, and Emperor. They have a Military of strength of 670,000. It seems that they have not had an actual War of any sorts with anybody for 15 years. That war was with the Son'a. It ended in a cease-fire in 2368. " Ethan stood up and walked over to the computer display screen, and pressed a few buttons.
"It seems they have a life of roughly 78 earth years the Mullura. Men are the dominant species on the planet. In 2286 they conquered the Porlal a telepathic race. They appear to have intergraded them into their society as a diplomatic class." The screen showed a Mulluran male, wearing a blue uniform. The man looked human except for a large forehead, and a receding hairline. The next picture showed Porlal a shorter person and no hair and what appeared to be a bony structure round the crown of the head.
Ethan then changed a screen to show a different race. This race appeared larger then the others. The look wasn't as human. This race was bald, and a very oval shaped head with green spots. Their eyes were red. "This is the G'kar. A race defeated after 18 years of Warfare. They are now a conqured people. It seems they have tried revolting several times but have failed. The last revolt was in 2334. The G'Kar are long livers living an average of 154 years. They seem to have twice the strength of a Klingon."
Captain Roberts interrupted, and wanted to know something. "Ensign are the G'Kar part of the Mulluran armed forces?"
"No sir. They defend their own planet and have a limited defense force."
"Explain that further Ensign. Why they have their own defense force?" Roberts asked looking at Razek square in the face.
"In the last revolt the planet Koluna a moon orbiting G'Konar their homeworld, was completely wiped out of G'Kar people. 6.5 Million G'Kar dead. "
It was clear that the G'Kar were as bad as the Dominion. Wallace had a bad feeling about that. "Sir I suggest that a more experience officer study this better. I took six hours to get this information."
"Thanks Ensign. You're dismissed." Wallace said turning his chair towards Roberts.
Ethan walked over to the Command deck and headed for the replicator and ordered a cup coffee. Commander Carter walked over to Razek eager to find anything out.
"Ensign can you tell us anything?"
"Sorry Commander I was told only discuss it with Captain Wallace and Captain Roberts. All I can say is that these are some very unkind enemies.
