Ira Hendricks

Tall, with an average build. Hair is somewhat longer then the normal Marine cut. Usually is seen with a cool grin on his face.

Quoted as being a "simple man," Ira Hendricks has served for the past twenty years in the Starfleet Marine Corps. Born in Phoenix on Earth, Ira was raised in a normal family by his father Michael and mother Glenda along with sister Janice. He progressed normally through grade school and high school. At the age of eighteen, Ira enlisted in the Marine Corps as an opportunity to see the galaxy and earn credits and experience for later on in life.

His first assignment after camp was the USS Jackson as part of the 41st Marine Expeditionary Force, Golf Platoon. He served his initial four years of service onboard as an infantryman. Ira resigned and was transferred back to Parris Island to be retrained in a specialty field.

At Parris Island, Ira was trained in demolitions and explosives. He was reassigned to Marine Post 329 near the Cardassian Demilitarized Zone. He served there with distinction during the onset of the Dominion War.

After the war, Ira was transferred to the USS Adams with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Force, X-Ray Platoon. He served onboard the Adams up to the Briar Patch War where he served with distinction. After the war, his unit was merged into that of the Marine Force on Starbase 732.

While on Starbase 732, Ira served in a brief tour with Marine Force Recon preforming covert surveilance missions inside and out of Mulluran space. Because of his service record and experiance, Ira has been transferred to the USS Taurus to serve demolitions expert for the Marine detachment onboard.

Ira is joker. He enjoys a simple bit of sarcasm and wit here and there to take the edge off of his job. He can often be found joking with his fellow enlisted and picking up women when in port.

Enjoys: Shore leave, writing, and building relationships with fellow enlisted.

Dislikes: Cocky, inexperienced individuals

Hobbies: Playing cards, meeting new people, and causing problems for his enemies.
