Reegan Riggins Jr.

Average height, weight. has an above average physical conditon beyond any human that makes him an ideal canidate for the most hashest climates.

Reegan Riggins was born on Jupiter Station to parents Reegan Sr. and Leslie Riggins. Both parents, while enlisted as Starfleet officers, were stationed at the Jupiter Station while awaiting the the birth of their child Reeagn Jr. Shortly after the birth of Reegan Jr., Reegan and Leslie, with their newborn, accepted a deep space assignment abord the USS Ohio. Reegan Jr spent the first ten years of his life with his parents in deep space. While conducting a survey of a class 8 nebula, an energy pulse struck the ship and the port side of the ship, and among the injured, Reegan Jr. suffered some extensive injuries. The chief Medical officer, while taking some scans of him, discovered some residue from the energy pulse had altered Reegan's physical attributes. After fully recovering, the Doctor ran some follow up tests and disvored that Reegan can endure the most of harshest climates.

Reeagn continued on with his parents in deep space for the next five years before deciding to enlisted into StarFleet Academy. Reegan excelled in every course of his studies and was a valued member of many sports teams while at the Academy due to his unique physical condition. Reegan graduated second in his class, behind Lt Cmdr Data, who is now serving aboard the USS Enterprise.

While graduating with high marks in stellar cartography, Reegan was assigned aboard the USS Washington for his first assignment to serve as security officer.

Reegan Riggins has eaned several citations and commendations for service.

Reegan has a laid back personality, bold presence and a witty sense of humor when off duty, but a sense of duty and loyalty when on duty.

Reegan likes to play poker, write holodeck programs, and research ancient earth and other alien history.

Even though Reegan appears as an average human male, Reegan possess a unique physical conditon from an early child injury that gave him the ability to be able to withstand the harshest of climates and to outlast another humanoid in battle.
