"Findng a Friend"

Jordan was waiting for Rachel. They had decided to see each other when they could. They had started it since the 4th and Rachel was late. Jordan sat thinking of his family back home. He could picture Annie playing with Casey. He could picture Dylan playing his drums and Casey banging on pots with him. He missed them so much. His thinking was disturbed when he heard Rachels screaming as she was trying to get his attention.

"Guess who I just saw. He's the reason I'm late." She said. Her eyes seemed to gleem with excitement.

"Well at least I know it's a guy. I dunno. Who ?" He asked wondering who it could be. Soon thoughts were going through his mind. Who was this guy ?. Was he so important that she was thirty minutes late ? Jordan started to think he didn't want to know.

"Geret Jax! He was in our classes remember. Oh my god. he's so cute !" Rachel said. "He's joined the Federation Marines, who would have guessed he'd go across to the Greens."

Why was she telling him this. He remembered Geret but they hadn't been the best of friends. He also remembered that Geret wasn't that nice to her either. Jordan got up. He didn't want to hear anymore about some guy who treated them both pretty badly.

"He was on the away team that went down to Juno III." Rachel stated. "He even managed to capture a Jem'Hadar, but in the process go himself injured. That's where I saw him, as I assisting Lieutenent McQueen to set up a set of force fields."

"Where are you going I just got here ?." She asked as Jordan stood up to leave.

"I just remembered I had to do something." He said. Jordan could tell she was a little hurt. How was she supossed to understand. He didn't want to think about it any more but it didn't matter. Nothing could stop him from thinking of her. When he got back to his room, he turned on his music.

"With single letter, in every single word. There will be a hidden message about a boy that loves a girl." the song went. He soon fell into a deep sleep. While he was dreaming, he dreamt about a boy that loved a girl.
