"Bringing Relief"

"Captain, we’re approaching the Juno system." The Helm officer aboard the Washington announced.

"Signal the Sullivan that we will proceed to Juno III at warp six." Captain Shanto replied.

"The Sullivan has acknowledged Captain." Ensign Bond reported.

"Dropping to warp six." The Helm officer announced. "Five minutes to Juno III."

"Hail the Taurus." Shanto ordered.

"On screen." Bond replied.

The viewscreen changed from the view of the Juno system to the image of Commander Buford.

"Commander Buford, Captain Shanto of the USS Washington. We are here with the USS Sullivan to relieve you." Shanto announced. "We will be in orbit in around five minutes."

[It’s good to see you Captain.] Commander Buford replied. [We’ve been receiving reports that a Dominion vessel was been seen heading for a remote Dominion outpost close to the Federation territory border. We’d like to leave to investigate as soon as possible.]

"Understood Commander." Shanto stated. "One last thing, we’ve picked up a passenger on our trip here. An Ensign Reegan Riggins, we’ll send him across as soon as we achieve orbit."

[I believe that Ensign Riggins was assigned to the crew, but was unable to reach Starbase 375 before we departed. We were due to pick them up at DS9 upon our return, I’ll have someone meet him as soon as he comes aboard. Taurus out.] Buford replied.

The viewscreen changed back to the forward view of the Juno system and the rapidly increasing image of Juno III.

"Two minutes to Juno III." The Helm officer reported.
