Skywon was born on the Vulcan planet of T'Khasi. All he ever wanted to do was be part of the Federation. After he graduated from the Academy, Skywon chose to sign up for service onboard the USS Virgo. Skywon is very practical and obediant. He never uses the Vulcan talent of "Mind Touch"which is used only as a last resort when all other means of communication have failed. A year into the journey into the Gamma Quadrant, Skywon was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade due to his accomplishments on the USS Virgo.
