Here We Go Again

Sierra, Brayden and Commander Junora stepped onto the turbolift heading for the Bridge. Yet another red alert sounded. *How many times had she heard it in the past few months ? Too many to count.* Sierra thought to herself.

"Brayden ? Do you think that this could be another attack of the Proletarians ? You have been on the Bridge more recently than I have. What is your guess ?" She asked.

"My guess would be what you have thought." He answered "I thought they let us go too easy."

As the three stepped on the Bridge, they saw the main screen and knew their suspicions had been correct. *Not again! I hope we fry these suckers, so I can have just a little peace and quiet* Sierra thought.

"Chief Shale. What's the status of the Hellcat ?. Will she fly ? Can she fight ?" Devore asked.

"She's not 100% repaired, but we have most of the major systems back on-line. The only major problem that we still have is with propulsion. We have thrusters and impulse, but no warp capability." Shale replied from the Helm.

"Commander Soliel. Take a team and get the Hellcat out there, carry on where the Ronin left off." Devore ordered.

"Fine Captain. Mister Shale, Mister Grafton you're with me." Soliel announced.

"Just in time Cadet McCaffee" Captain Devore stated. "Take the helm."

"Yes, sir" Brayden replied.

"Counselor Devore, please help in Sickbay. I have a feeling we may need your help there." Devore said to Sierra.

Sierra stepped back onto the turbolift and told the computer where to go.

*I hope this the last we will see of a battle for a while.* Sierra thought. *There has been too much blood shed to last a lifetime. Many colleagues have died and I don't want to lose anymore.*

Sickbay

Sierra entered Sickbay, "Ensign, I am here to help in whatever is necessary." she said.

"Thank you, Counselor, I appreciate that.* Katts replied.

"What would you like for me to do ?" Sierra asked.

"Right now ? All we can do is wait, but when they start coming in place the critically injured over there and the others who will survive and need wounds attended to over here" she said.

"I have a feeling it won't be long until we have patients." Sierra stated. Ensign Katts just nodded in reply.
