Unwanted Messages (Part One)

James walked into his quarters after a hard day work getting used to the USS Leviathan-B, his new ship. After the Taurus, James was unsure about serving with the crew, but he had resolved to carry on. He sat down in the large comfy chair and threw his head back and sighed.

"Welcome home James." He said to himself. He looked outside at the upper pylon of Deep Space Nine and smiled "Its is good to be home."

He was about to get a cappacheno when his comm badge beeped.

"This had better be good." He said as he tapped it.

It was Aki Taybar, his CO. [James there's a message for you.]

"Who from ?. It had better not be my mother." James sighed.

[The last time your mother contacted you, she really helped.] Aki said and James could tell she was smiling. [Nah, its not, we don't know who it came from.]

"Alright I'll take it here then, thanks Captain." He tapped his comm badge and James walked over to his laptop and pressed a button what he saw he did not like.

Captain's Ready Room

"YOU WILL DIE" Aki read as James showed her the message which he had transferred to a small PADD. "Wow, strong stuff. Do you have any idea who sent this ?"

"No, it just came through and I opened and that greeted me." He shook his head "I can't think of anyone who has a grudge against me." He shook his head and he realised, he was frightened, very frightened.
