Captain's Ready Room

Logan arrived outside the Captain's ready room and pressed the door chimes. Almost immediately the doors opened and Captain Taybar called Logan into the room and asked him to take a seat.

"Logan……" She started. "…..We have a big problem."

Logan was silent for a moment, he didn't think that the disappearance of Lieutenant Wright was such a big problem. There were the threats on his life, but everyone had assumed that T'Val had been the source. There had been no further attempts on Lieutenant Wright's and when the order to separate had come, security had been relaxed on Wright. It was a mistake on Logan's part, something that he wasn't going to make again.

"I don't see how the disappearance of Lieutenant Wright could be such a big problem. He's only one man." Logan stated.

"I'm not talking about Wright." Aki stated.

Then Logan got it. "The Hellcat !"

"I've had Lieutenant Borealiou go over the external sensors and pin-point exactly when we lost contact with the Hellcat." Aki said. "They switched off their transponder as soon as the Jem'Hadar vessel started to head away from us after we attacked it. We have no idea what happened or why Commander Rashad turned off the transponder."

"I don't see how I fit in here ?" Logan admitted.

"I want you to access both Commander Rashad's and Lieutenant Moss's records and see if there's anything in those files that could give us a clue as to where they might have been heading." Aki ordered. "With Wright missing, you're the closest I've got to an Intelligence officer."

"I'll see what I can do." Logan said. "I've ordered the search for Wright to begin immediately."

"We're currently heading away from the Saucer section and it looks like our Jem'Hadar friends are following us and not them." Aki replied. "As soon as we're well away from the Saucer, we'll alter course and head for Bopak III."

"I'll go to the Intel office and see what I can find." Logan stated, rising from his seat."
