Time and Time Again

Lieutenant Moss sat in the Intelligence Officer preparing a report for the Captain. He had to get this report ready in an hour. Stefen looked out at the stars as the ship flew. He wished his could be a fighter pilot again but he was a Section 31 agent and a Starfleet Officer. Split by two different rules bounded by two different lives. He began to finish up his report when he remember a mission that Starfleet and Section 31. The mission back then was to stop a time machine from being build.

CLASSIFIED

Stefen sat in a shuttle with Starfleet Intelligence and Security Officer that were Section 31 team members, their mission, stop someone from changing the course of history. A Lieutenant stood up and looked at everyone, he was from Starfleet Intelligence.

"OK, listen up. We are going in fourteen live and hot. We were chosen for this mission because we are the best. We must stop that damn machine from begin completed. That is the goal no matter what, till the last person that bomb must exploded." The Lieutenant said. "We must show the Thal that we will not allow them to change the course of history."

Two minutes." the pilot yelled from the cockpit.

"Lock and load." The lead security officer yelled.

Everyone pulled their phase rifles out from behind them and one officer pulled a bomb from underneath his chair. Stefen looked at everyone on the shuttle.

*Is what we must do to show our valour.* Moss thought.

"We have hit the ground, you have two minutes before the military are all over you and four before we leave." The pilot yelled as they jumped out.

Everyone broke into a run looking at their watches and saw that time was running out. They found the compound on which the machine was locate but a surprise awaited them as they came around the corner. They suddenly came under fire. Everyone began to open fire back.

"Get to that machine no matter what." The lead Lieutenant yelled.

Everyone ran forward and took down a few officer, but they lost three people. They began to run again to the main compound. As they did they lost more people. Moss saw the man with the bomb go down.

Quickly Stefen picked the bomb up and started to run. They found heavy resistance when they came to the machine; they only had six people left, three Intelligence and three Section 31. The lieutenant that had command them lay dead back in the compound and now they had no one to command.

Taking the initiative, Moss looked at everyone and nodded. They all jumped over the railing and land on the floor, after taking down soldiers. This was a battle, Stefen ran and planted the bomb he nodded to everyone and they began to run the hell out of the area the timer was set for 00:05:00 and counting down. It had the power of three warp cores inside of it and it was going to destroy the area. By the time they got back to the shuttle, only two Intelligence Agents remain and one Section 31 agent.

Intelligence Office : Present

Stefen sat at his desk remembering that battle and all the battle he saw during his years working for Section 31. He would see a lot more and he knew that.

*God so much death to ensure one power but it will never end.* He thought.

Just then Stefen noticed that they had dropped out of warp and were now above a planet. Finishing off the report, he switched off his console and headed for the Bridge.
