Lessa sat on top of the stone wall that circled the retreat. The sun was just edging toward the horizon and she sat eyes closed, hands palms up and waited and meditated. Thirty minutes later she felt the sun rise over the horizon and moments later found Sharra standing behind her. "Everyone has been assembled and we and the shuttle are ready."
Lessa effortlessly stood and jumped off the wall and adjusted her staff in her belt and walked silently towards the hanger where the shuttle was kept. Lessa took the co pilots seat, she ran the checklist with the pilot trainee and said, "Takeoff on your command." Lessa said with a nod.
They headed out to explore the south continent.
