"Sir, Lt. Commander Nathan Fletcher, reporting for duty," he said standing at attention before the desk of Commander and Chief Medical Officer for SF Medical Center.
"You've been on Starbase 901 working a surgical rotation. Well, I have need of a physician to work in the Emergency Triage area."
Nathan smiled and answered crisply, "Yes, Sir."
The Chief Medical Officer stood and pulled on his jacket and said, "Let's give you the tour and introduce you around and then tomorrow night you can report in for your first shift."
"Yes, Sir," he said following the officer out.
