Background

Kama graduated military academy on Vulcan and went to study medicine at Starfleet but found that wasn't high stress, so she opted to train with the Marine Corps as a combat medic--where they go they take medics and it would take her far from home and to exciting places.

After several years of bouncing through the system as medics on small ships she was transfered the the 28th MEF Rapid Medical Depoyment Unit.

She is good at teaching the basics and has become good friends with Captain Alcon.
