Background

Born out of system to parents Erric and Bekka. Erric was a leader in the mage guild and head of a retreat on the planet for which Lessa was born. Bekka was the daughter of pirateer Jos and a highranking leader of another smaller neighboring system. Bekka flew her father's ship after his death and both Bekka and Erric performed jobs for the guild on Galcen.

Bekka was killed after Lessa was born and so raised and educated at the Retreat as a future initiate of the guild. Further specialized traning was undertaken on Vulcan. After completing her studies she worked with another guild member at large performing scientific studies and mysterious other functions for several years before being ordered to the Briar Patch to form her own retreat in the days of the Mulluran conflict. Sharra her partner of many turns/years is also involved at the retreat as comp-systems engineer.

Both Sharra Parada and Lessa Ransome still complete jobs for the guild and have an interesting an varietied list of contacts in the intellegence community. Rarely are they seen away from their fortress...
